Tim planned to post this picture but hadn't gotten to it yet, so, for anyone who wants to see something I worked on way back before Mark came along (when I had free time and didn't use it writing or reading blogs)...

This is a cross-stitch I finished back in 2000; we finally got around to having this and another one framed a couple of months ago. Now this one hangs in our bedroom -- it makes me happy and peaceful and all those warm cozy feelings. The other one I haven't found a home for yet, but guess I will eventually.

That's lovely. I did a similar one a few years ago, possibly even from the same series. Even without little ones, I haven't picked up a needle in years.
